CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Booking & Rescheduling Policy: A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled treatment on the day of service. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for all appointment reschedules. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date. Appointment reminders are sent via: Email: 48 hours prior to appointment Text Message (SMS): 2 hours prior to appointment Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit and may incur an additional cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and may be required to pay a no-show fee before future appointments can be booked. All fees are non-refundable. In select circumstances, management may choose to apply fees toward a future service at provider discretion. Arrival & Late Policy Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in, paperwork completion, and consultation preparation. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may need to be rescheduled and could be considered a no-show. While we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, appointment modifications may be necessary to avoid disrupting scheduled treatments for other clients.
